Most product photo and product video projects take a few working days. Brand films typically take one to two weeks, depending on the concept. The exact deadline is always in the quote, and we stick to it.

Every order includes one revision round at no extra cost — two for brand films. That covers minor corrections to the delivered work within the approved brief: color correction, cropping, small composition tweaks, text or logo placement, and fine-tuning the edit rhythm.

A revision round isn't a new concept or a reshoot of the work. If you want a different direction, another idea, or a different product along the way, we're happy to make it, but that's additional work — we'll tell you up front what it involves and give you a separate quote for it.

Practically anything that physically exists: cosmetics, food and drink, fashion, accessories, tech, home decor, jewelry. For brand films, we also work with services and venues — car dealerships, restaurants, hotels, real estate.

Yes. If you're unsure, suggest a small first project — we'll give you a separate quote for it. Many of our clients started this way.

At least 3–5 phone photos from several angles, ideally in natural light. You can send your logo as a PNG and your brand colors as HEX codes. If you have a brand guide, send that too.

Photos come in 2K/4K resolution, in every aspect ratio you ask for, with transparent-background versions on request. Videos come as MP4 files, in vertical and horizontal versions. The exact list is always in the quote.

Yes, we use a modern, AI-based production system — but every piece goes through human design, selection, and post-production before it reaches you. The result is premium, brand-safe work. The speed and lower price come from the production method, not at the expense of quality.

Because every project has a different scope. Instead of fixed packages, we send you an itemized quote within 24 hours — so you pay for exactly what you need. Requesting a quote is free and comes with no obligation.

Yes. We work for a fixed price, not by the hour. There are no extra charges after the fact; if the scope grows along the way, we agree on it in advance, in writing.

Once you accept the quote, we issue an official invoice, payable by bank transfer. For larger projects, payment can also be split into two installments.

The amount in the quote is the final amount you pay. We currently work as a sole proprietor exempt from VAT under the Hungarian small-business VAT exemption (alanyi adómentesség), so we don't charge VAT.

Yes. Full usage rights to the work are yours — with no time limit, on any platform, in organic posts and paid ads alike.

Only with your explicit permission. If we'd like to show it, we'll ask you first — and you can withdraw your permission at any time.

Yes. For recurring needs, we set up a longer-term collaboration, also based on a custom quote — we tailor the scope and the cadence to you together. Just mention in your quote request that you need ongoing content.
